The system adopts a frame structure, which can be connected with various sensors (acceleration, speed, displacement, eddy current, etc.) protection, and has a strong expansion capability and compatibility, easy to install. It has a variety of performance and functions that other systems do not have. The device is an intelligent system with supporting configuration software, which can configure the monitoring parameters, and adopts redundant power supply design to make the system more stable and run more efficiently.

Remark:

(1) Each instrument is equipped with a chassis frame/LCD display, at least one power module (up to 2 power modules can be configured to form dual power supply redundancy), 2 system modules, and up to 5 function monitoring modules ;

(2) A total of one monitoring point can be selected for the speed/zero speed module , and system module A has a built-in key phase measurement function;

(3) Each functional monitoring module can be equipped with 4 functional monitoring points, please put the modules with the same or similar measurement functions together to form the corresponding monitoring module;

(4) The two function monitoring points of the vibration function monitoring module CHA, CHB or CHC, CHD form a group;

Example: A VMS8000B instrument needs to be selected to monitor 4-way tile vibration signals (select magnetoelectric sensors), 8-way shaft vibration signals (choose eddy current sensors), 2-way shaft displacement signals, 1-way differential expansion signal , and 1-way eccentricity Module, 1 fuel tank oil level signal, 1 thermal expansion signal, 1 key phase signal.
