VMS581 fuel tank oil level sensor is an ideal indicating device for non-corrosive liquid on-site and remote measurement of liquid level. It has been widely used in the measurement of the oil level of the oil tank of the steam turbine for a long time. The sensor has two working modes. The float generates buoyancy in the liquid and directly pushes the center rod. There is a red pointer on the upper part of the rod to directly indicate the liquid level. The surface is clear, the viewing distance is large, and the observation is convenient; When moving up and down, the auxiliary pull rod is driven, so that the armature at the end of the pull rod moves in the coil excited by the intermediate frequency source, and the voltage of the coil changes. After the secondary instrument detection and amplification, the displacement of the float float up and down is converted into a linear electric quantity, so that the liquid level changes. Remote transmission to the control room. The VMS581 fuel tank oil level sensor is divided into three types: X, Y, and Z.
Type X: Submerged liquid level indicator (the upper on-site indication part is installed on the operating layer, the lower buoy part is installed on the fuel tank cover, and the middle is connected by an extension rod).
Y type: Straight pipe liquid level indicator (installed outside the fuel tank, there is a pipe at the bottom of the indicator connected to the fuel tank).
Z type: Straight tube immersion type liquid level indicator (also known as X, Y combined type, which can be directly installed on the fuel tank cover by using the flange on the indicator).
Liquid to be measured: Various steam turbine oils; when used for liquid level measurement of other non-viscous, non-strongly corrosive liquids, the counterweight can be adjusted to suit.
